Data Storage

Please note that, in order to simplify the purchasing process and facilitate subsequent contract fulfillment, the online store operator uses cookies to store the IP address of the internet connection owner, as well as the name, address, phone number, email address, and credit card number, along with any other information provided by the billing recipient.

In addition, personal data (name, address, date of birth, phone number, etc.) of the service recipient is stored for the purpose of contract fulfillment. The data you provide is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot enter into a contract with you. If the purchase process is canceled, the data we have stored will be deleted. If a contract is concluded, all data related to the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiration of the tax-related retention period (7 years).

Data processing is carried out in accordance with the legal provisions of § 96(3) of the Telecommunications Act (TKG) and Article 6(1)(a) (consent) and/or (b) (necessary for the performance of a contract) of the GDPR.

Your Rights

You generally have the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, withdrawal, and objection.
